La Divino, the graduation show of our beginners’ theatre acting group Filantropica, is a story about the visible and the hidden, about sincerity and what it helps us learn about ourselves. This was a numerous group which unhesitantly signed up for the advanced module, where we can’t wait to meet them again.
Together we have analysed the fundaments of modern acting which we teach at InLight – truth on stage, relating to one’s partner and goal on stage – in this graduation show of the beginners’ acting module.
Elements such as eroticism, playfulness and Thanatos are scattered here and there, amongst a lot of emotion and freshness – since this is the Filantropica group’s debut in theatre acting, with a play written by themselves, under guidance from InLight, of course.
